7-Day Doorstep Returns & Exchanges

At MUDDLY, we want you to genuinely love how your outfit feels. If you receive a product and need a different size, or find any manufacturing defect, we offer an effortless 7-day doorstep pickup exchange.

Eligibility Guidelines

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of package delivery.
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and barcodes intact.
• Free doorstep pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Simply email our support team at care@muddly.in with:

1. Order ID (e.g. MUD-100234)
2. Reason for exchange (e.g., Size exchange from M to L)
3. Your registered phone number

Our support team will approve your request and schedule a courier pickup within 24 hours. Once received at our hub, the replacement size is dispatched immediately.
